Política de privacidad
Última actualización: 18 de octubre de 2026 · English version below
1. Responsable del tratamiento
- Titular: Ángel Janeiro Heredia
- NIF: 47560500L
- Domicilio: Calle Constelación Perseo, 8, 41930 Bormujos (Sevilla), España
- Correo electrónico: angeljaneiroh@gmail.com
- Finalidad: darte acceso, gestionarlo, atender reembolsos y cumplir obligaciones contables y fiscales.
- Base jurídica: ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y obligación legal (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Data controller
- Provider: Ángel Janeiro Heredia
- Tax ID (NIF): 47560500L
- Address: Calle Constelación Perseo, 8, 41930 Bormujos (Sevilla), España
- Email: angeljaneiroh@gmail.com
2. Summary
TURBION runs in your browser: it has no analytics, advertising or forms, and the values you enter in the simulator never leave your device. We only process your email address to give you access, your purchase record and the technical data needed to serve the app.
3. What we process, why and on what basis
3.1 Purchase
When you buy, we receive from you and from PayPal your name, your PayPal email, the access email you give, the amount, the date, the transaction ID and the time you gave your consent on the checkout page. Payment is handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., as an independent controller under its own privacy policy; we never receive card or bank details. We keep the sales record with Cloudflare (Workers KV). The email with your access instructions is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes your email address only for that purpose.
- Purpose: giving and managing your access, handling refunds and meeting accounting and tax obligations.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Retention: while your access lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial law (up to 6 years).
3.2 Access control
Access is managed with Cloudflare Access (Cloudflare, Inc.). We process your access email, which is on the list of authorised people, and the one-time code sent to it when you sign in. Cloudflare logs each sign-in (email, date, IP address and approximate location) and keeps those logs for 24 hours on our plan. After you sign in, an authentication cookie (CF_Authorization) is set; it is strictly necessary so you are not asked for a code on every visit, and it is not used for tracking.
- Purpose: letting only authorised people in and being able to withdraw access.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in protecting the app (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: your email stays on the list until your access ends or you ask us to remove it.
3.3 Hosting
The app and these pages are served by Cloudflare (Pages and Workers). Like any web server, it processes technical data (IP address, date and time, requested resource and browser) to deliver the files and keep the service secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3.4 3D library
On first use, your browser downloads the open-source three.js library from the jsDelivr network, which thereby learns your IP address and browser and processes them under its privacy policy. After that, the installed app uses a local copy.
3.5 Data on your device
Your browser stores your view preferences, a copy of the app's files so it works offline and, while you are signed in, your email address to show "Licensed to…". None of this is sent to our servers. You can delete it by clearing the site data or uninstalling the app.
4. Recipients and international transfers
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Only the providers named above process it. Cloudflare, Inc. is in the United States and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; it also applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to angeljaneiroh@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority of your country.
6. Children
TURBION is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
